In Northwest Miami Dade, Florida, a tragic incident unfolded as Shirlene Napoleon Alcime a mother was arrested following the death of her twin toddlers, after confessing to police her intention to kill them and then herself. Alcime, 42, was taken into custody on February 6 and subsequently charged with two counts of child neglect causing great bodily harm. The arrest came after an emergency response by Miami Dade Police to a distressing scene on February 2 around 2 a.m. It was near the off ramp of Interstate 95 onto the Florida Turnpike extension also known as State Road 826 at the Golden Glades Interchange.

Upon their arrival, officers discovered the 3-year-old fraternal twins Milendhet Napoleon-Cadet and Milendhere G. Napoleon-Cadet unresponsive and foaming at the mouth in the back seat of an SUV parked on I-95. The investigation revealed that Napoleon Alcime had leaped over the railing of the on-ramp, falling onto the train tracks below. Despite showing no clear signs of physical trauma the children were pronounced dead after being urgently transported to the hospital. Napoleon Alcime was also hospitalized and fell into a coma. The arrest report disclosed that on February 5, Napoleon Alcime confessed to having planned the murder of her children and her subsequent suicide for about two months. She attributed this devastating decision to her dire financial situation and the burden of multiple debts. Authorities have indicated that further charges may be brought against Napoleon Alcime pending the results of a toxicology report on the children. She is scheduled for a court appearance on Friday morning.

Interestingly, Milendhet and Milendhere G. Napoleon-Cadet name exhibits the “SAME LETTER EFFECT”. This pattern has been noted in investigations related to human trafficking networks. Furthermore, authorities are urged to explore whether any of the family members has undergone DNA testing in the past years. This inquiry stems from a concerning trend wherein family members of individuals who have taken DNA tests tragically pass away, mental illnesses, exhibits violent tendencies, diseases.etc  appear approximately two years after undergoing such testing.
