My prediction by looking at this algorithm is that now TD = Tom Dickey initials are the last from Luigi inner circle. You will need to reverse T . D (just like it did with Thomas Crooks lawyer M . L aka L . M = Luigi Mangione). The initials now are D . T aka T . D. There is one public figure (Donald Trump) with his son that comes to mind that has those initials : D , T and the J which carries over could possibly be D . J . T .Sr. (or) Jr.. Now that T D is carried over to the next “targeted individuals” (shooter or victim), they will have one or both initials T, D, N , M, J , B. My predictions are calculated based on a cryptographic algorithm unique to each person & situation.
The Shooter will definitely have the letter “ M “ in his initials (just like the other two previous shooters) and the other letters will be part of a victim, the shooter and/or “handlers”.

Did Luigi ever try to reach out to United Healthcare about any issues? Did he try to email, contact or mail letters to United Healthcare to try to change the system? Why would his first instinct is to shoot a man in broad daylight? Why did Luigi’s doctors do such an invasive surgery on a 25 year old kid? Why didn’t the doctors offer holistic, therapeutical or chiropractic options before doing such an operation on a young person. Whoever suggested for Luigi Mangione to visit “Hot Springs” (post surgery) is “part of the clandestine organization” and will have one/two initials from Luigi’s cryptographic algorithm. Was their PsyOps involved that came from his grandmother’s MM human network?
The storylines surrounding these assassins are deliberately crafted to make it appear as though they are associated with the political left.
